An older, freestanding country house, partly renovated. Entry from the enclosed court, hall, living room with the sitting suite, dining area, tiled stove, TV and two single beds. Open kitchen with five hotplates, refrigerator, kettle and microwave owen. Bathroom with a shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds and two extra beds. Heating with the tiled stove (wood). The partly fenced garden – inner court, garden furnitur, swimming pool (diameter of 5 m, please, notify the owner of using of the swimming pool before the stay), swing, sand-box and fire place at your disposal. Parking lot.

Pets allowed. The consumption of electricity and the consumption of wood (1 600,-Kč/m3) shall be paid on the spot. The swimming pool is from July available.The house is suitable for maximum of 6/8 persons. For the New Year's Eve stay is allowed occupancy max. 6/10 persons (2 persons can sleep on a big tiled stove in the living room) - please, state the total amount of travellers in the notice in the reservation form.

In South Bohemian, at the edge of a small mountain village at Libinske Sedlo, in an altitude of ca 900 m above the see level, in the middle of the splendid scenery of the „Sumava“ (the Bohemian Forest), ca. 6 km south of the nice historical town Prachatice and only 35 km from the border to Germany. View to the meadows, forest and partly to the village. View-tower Libin 3 km, chateaus Vimperk 25 km and Kratochvile 23 km, virgin forest Boubin 27 km.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurant, further outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis court (Prachatice) 6 km. The nearest restaurant is found only 50 m from the house! Backhorse riding in the village 300 m. Bathing and water sports running in a nice pond (Kristanovice) 4 km or in a dam (Husinec) 8 km. Golf courte (Hluboka nad Vltavou) 40 km. Fishing in the river Blanice (permit required) 7 km. The forest 400 m.
Winter info: Directly in the village, ca. 300 m from the house there is a ski-slope with artifical snow, ski-lift and ski-school. Well-known centre of winter sports Kubova Hut is 28 km distant. - Photogallery
