Free standing holiday home, after reconstruction in 2015, nice and cosily furnished. Entrance, small hall, living room with seating, fire stove, bar and kitchenette with electric hob, microwave oven, fridge and electric kettle. Bathroom with toilette, shower enclosure and washbasin. Spiral staircase. First floor is used as a spacious living room with seating (the sofa is used as well as a small extra bed), TV, one double bed and two single beds. Central heating with fire stove. The holiday home stands on its own plot together with the house of the owner. There is outdoor partly covered seating and portable grill. Parking lot in front of the holiday home and on the plot.

Note on accommodation
No pets allowed. Consumption of electricity and water shall be paid on the spot. The owner lives in his house standing on the plot. In the second half of the rented house there is a small car repair shop - used only when clients are not in the house and has no influence whatsoever on the stay of the guesets. House is suitable for up to 4 persons. The price applies to 3 people, the fourth person for an additional payment on the spot CZK 1,000.

In south Bohemia, at the edge of the mountain village Libinske Sedlo, at an altitude of ca 900 m above the sea level, in the middle of beautiful nature of Sumava, ca 6 km to the south of the very nice historical town of Prachatice and only 35 km from the German borders. This area is well liked for its charming mountain nature, picturesque valleys, mountain meadows and deep forests. Its surroundings invite for walks, hiking, cycling and picking mushrooms, forest fruits etc. Interesting sights in the surroundings are e. g. lookout tower Libin 3 km, chateau Kratochvile 23 km and Vimperk 25 km, virgin forest Boubin 27 km.
Distances: Basic food store, supermarket and restaurant, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis (Prachatice) 6 km. Horse riding 300 m. Swimming and water sports in a nice pond (Kristanovice) 4 km or in the water reservoir (Husinec) 8 km. Golf course (Hluboka nad Vltavou) 40 km. Fishing (with permit) in the river Blanice 7 km. Forest 400 m.
