In 2018, a partially renovated country cottage with its own enclosed yard providing plenty of privacy. Entrance, central corridor dividing the cottage into two parts, ideal for allied families. Living room with sitting area, double bed, bunk bed, wood stove and LCD TV. Kitchen connected with dining room. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. Dining table for 6 people. Second living room with sofa, double bed, bunk bed, wood stove and LCD TV. Separate toilet. Bathroom with shower, sink, second toilet and washing machine. House is heated with the local stoves. Guests can use a garden sitting with a grill and sitting in an open barn, ideal in case of bad weather as well as gardenpool. Parking by the object for 3 cars.

In South Bohemia, less than 3 km from the town of Bavorov and 8 km from Vodňany. Cottage with a closed yard to ensure privacy for your undisturbed holiday is located on the edge of a small village of Bavarian Free Mountain. The surroundings are ideal for cycling or hiking with marked trails. At the same time, there is a great choice of many attractions and sights nearby, including the Kratochvíle Castle (10 km), the castle and the historic bridge in Písek (28 km), Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle with the hunting lodge and the Ohrada Zoo (29) km. In Hluboká there is also an adrenaline park, golf course, tennis or steamboat cruises. Among others you can visit České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Holašovice or the castle in Blatná. You can take your children swimming to the nearby swimming pool in Bavorov (3 km) or to the indoor swimming pool in Prachatice (21 km). If you are a passionate fisherman, you can fish approximately 900 m walk from the cottage on the Blanice River.
