Charming and romantic country cottage, tastefully renovated, all furnished in the original style, comfortably furnished and equipped with love and care. The apartment is on one level. Entrance hall, living kitchen with dining table, electric cooker with hot-air oven and grill, ceramic hob, fridge and electric kettle. The kitchen has raised sleeping on a furnace for children. Nice bathroom (underfloor heating) with bathtub and sink, toilet is separate. The kitchen has access to the master bedroom with a double bed, seating area, set-top box TV and access to the second bedroom with two single beds. Electric central heating. The house stands on its own, unopened land with a lawn, wooden furniture and a barbecue. Parking by the cottage on the lawn.

In Šumava, on the outskirts of the village of Chmelná, about 4 km east of Sušice, at an altitude of 660 m above sea level near the river Otava. The village of Chmelná is situated about 35 km from the border crossing Železná Ruda - Bavaria. An ideal place for hiking and biking, near is the main cycling route across Šumava.
