Solitary family house, pleasantly and comfortably designed. Entry, hallway, living room with sofa, a TV and narrower double bed (width 140 cm). Dining room with a table for 6 people, kitchen corner with a cooker, an object equipped with two refrigerators and a freezer, a kettle and a microwave. Bathroom with shower, water basin and a toilet. In the attic you´ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Fosile fuel central heating and a fireplace. Partialy fenced garden, sheltered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue grill, fireplace, swing, slide and sandbox (the pool in the photos is not available). The house has it´s own parking.

One small dog allowed for fee CZK 500,-/week. Children's bed and high chair on request. Electricity consumption exceeding 50 kWh/week is to be paid on the spot. Bedlinen included. Wifi. Object is suitable for 5 people and a baby, possibility of extra bed in the form of a sofa (maximum 6 persons). There is iron water on the property, but the landlord provides bottled water for drinking and cooking. From 2026: A refundable deposit of EUR 150 and fee for a dog CZK 500,- will be transferred to the account in advance.

In Šumava mountain range, solitary house very close to the forest and Spůlka river. The house is located in an untouched natural valley amidst surrounding forests, where you have absolute privacy, ocassionaly disturbed by deers and squirrels. Astonishing view over the forested valley. The house is located near Onšovice village, 9 km to the north from Vimperk and 30 km from German borders. Perfect destination for people who love nature and serenity, great spot for hiking, bicycle riding. You can visit many interesting places in the area, like Vimperk chateau 9 km, Kašperk castle 20 km, Strakonice castle 25 km, Rábí castle ruin 28 km. Among other we can count Hluboká nad Vltavou, Kratochvíle and Český Krumlov chateaus.
Distances: Basic groceries (Čkyně, Vacov) 5 km, supermarket, shops, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis grounds, sauna (Vimperk) 9 km, sheltered swimming pool (Strakonice) 25 km, horse riding (Bohumilice) 5 km.
