Pluses Beautiful and peaceful environment.
The owner is pleasant.
The whole family is satisfied.
I believe we will come back.
Suitable for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the city.
Pluses Everything was perfect. The owner prepared a beautiful and clean accommodation in a quiet environment. There is nothing to complain about, we were there for the second time and we will be back. Thank you for a nice stay.
Pluses A wonderful cottage for all those who love peace and quiet. However, I do not recommend it during periods when cold and damp weather is likely. If you do not bring a large supply of wood for the fireplace, your stay will be much more expensive. We were a bit prepared for this, and although we brought 2 bags of wood and a bag of wood briquettes, we still had to buy 2 crates of wood (1/2 crate of kindling and a few logs) for 300 CZK, drive to the owner's house to get them, and even search for her all over the village, even though she was supposed to be waiting for us. Even though we only used the batteries in one bedroom 3 times, the extra charge for electricity was 1075 CZK. The owner does not differentiate between day and night electricity. You simply pay the total number of kWh x 6 CZK.
The owner doesn't explain much, everything is written in the manual, they say. But for example, we looked for the storage control on the internet. But the final cleaning is described in great detail there - for example, don't forget to descale the shower head, wipe under the beds, fluff the mattresses, wash the garden furniture. So, to sum it up, a really beautiful cottage, but the many instructions and especially the extra charge for electricity and the owner's inhospitability really annoyed us. Minuses We liked the landscape, the cottage, the beautiful seating on the terrace, the beautiful pub U Kopů with a wonderful innkeeper, prices that are unprecedented for today (mostly everything around 80 CZK, the most expensive duck for 120 CZK) and most importantly, the incredibly good food in Nezamyslice (3km).
Pluses The stay was wonderful, it will be appreciated by anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful holiday with trips around Šumava. Beautiful cottage and region and the hostess is a super lady.
She advised on trips and possible restaurants in the area. And a big plus is that you can take your pet on holiday.
Simply a beautifully spent seven days.
Pluses The location, the facilities and especially the attitude of the owner were amazing. We felt at home there and enjoyed an unforgettable holiday.

We have more than 30 years of experience in renting cottages and other recreational houses! Our specialization is in renting cottages and recreational houses across the entire Czech Republic, with a minority of houses also located in Slovakia. In 1990, we started as a Dutch company that offered accommodation in the Czech Republic for clients mainly from the Benelux, Germany and Great Britain. Over the years, the transformation from a Dutch company to a Czech one took place, when we successfully developed into a medium-sized organization offering a high-quality product of several hundred cottages and holiday houses with websites in four language versions. In addition to Czech clients, we also have clients from Germany, Holland and other European countries.
