Free standing cottage, in 2005 newly built, very nicely and comfortably furnished. Entrance, corridor, cozy living room with sofa, fireplace, LCD TV, DVD and radio with CD player. Open kitchen with dining table for 6 people, electric stove with hot-air oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, espresso machine, machine for filter coffee and toaster. The kitchen has an entrance to the sun terrace, equipped with a seating area. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The adjoining technical room is equipped with cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer. Upstairs there is a small hall and three bedrooms - the first with a double bed, night tables, a wardrobe, a commode and an entrance to the balcony, the other with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk, and the third one with a double bed with night tables, a wardrobe and an armchair . Separate toilet. Electrical heating or fireplace with wiring. For children there are toys, books, table games (cards, pexeso, dominoes, monopolies, crayons). A spacious, fenced garden, a covered pergola with a stone fireplace, a sitting area, a sun lounger and 2 portable grills. Locked areas for bikes or skis are available. Sheltered garage parking, enough parking space in the garden.

At the Bohemian Forest, on the outskirt of a tiny village Mojkov, about 8 km northwest from the historical town Prachatice and about 4 km from the town Vlachovo Brezi. The house stands in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Forest, at an altitude of approximately 830 m above sea level. You have a fantastic view to the distant panorama of the Bohemian and the Bavarian Forest from the house. Very quiet place in the sunny southern slope. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks and deep forests. Ideal for relaxation, hiking, biking, gathering forest fruits, exploring the natural beauty and making many various trips. The area offres many interesting places and cultural and historical sights. The best known are Boubin – the virgine forest, Cerne (Black) and Certovo (Devil´s) lake or the Schwarzenberg Navigational Canal (built by the Schwarzenberg for transporting wood). Furthermore castle Vimperk 16 km, lookout tower on the mount Libin (1096 m) 13 km, castle Kratochvile 19 km, ruins Helfenburk 12 km, castle and historic town Strakonice 28 km, ruins Kasperk 37 km. You can also take a trip to the Germany (Freyung – shopping, Waldkirchen – aquapark, Passau – shipping).
