Renovated cottage in 2023 with an enclosed yard and the possibility of using a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Tiled stove and round dining table. Living room with sofa set, coffee table and spacious sofa. Bedroom with sofa bed (2 extra beds). Fireplace stove in the hallway. Second and third bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink and toilet. In the attic bedroom with 4 fold-out single beds (8 beds in total). Single bed in the corridor. Fifth bedroom with double bed and pull-out single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Beware the loft rooms are not available for occupancy under 6 persons! Electric heating of the building. Fenced garden overlooking the pond, with trampoline, swing with slide, sandpit, small pool and heated inflatable hot tub. The possibility of using the heated swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool in the neighboring property. Parking in front of the building.

Pets are allowed for a fee CZK 450 per stay. Baby cot and Wi-Fi connection available. Refundable deposit CZK 4000 is due to be transfered to landlady´s account 5 days prior to your arrival. Consumption of electric power will be charged to you on your departure after taking electricity meter reading. Bedding for a fee of CZK 100/person and towels CZK 50/person. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 12 people.
