Pleasantly and cleanly furnished house, after reconstruction in 2020. Kitchen with dining table and kitchenette with two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and kitchenware. The first bedroom with a new sofa (regular double bed) and LCD TV, from where there is access to the second bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electric heating. There is a huge private castle garden (shared only with a historic villa at the other side of the plot, which can be rented as well under the code JC0461). Parking by the house. Covered bike shed available.

Pets are not allowed. The house is barrier-free. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Real electricity consumption is paid on site. Refundable deposit CZK 3,000,-. Fallow deer move freely on the plot, therefore the house is not suitable for children. The capacity of the house is a maximum of 4 people.

In southern Bohemia, in the quiet village of Dub near Bavorov, 25 km south of Strakonice and about 40 km from České Budějovice. The house is located in a unique place in the private chateau garden of Dub Castle, where it is possible to experience the true relaxation under the old trees accompanied by free-moving fallow deer. The place is also very suitable for trips by bike (directly through the village leads a bike path) or by car. In the area we can find, for example, the ruins of Helfenburk Castle (5 km), the Libín lookout tower with a rope park (24 km), the towns of Bavorov (8 km) and Vodňany (17 km) or the beautiful valley of the river Blanice. In historic town of Prachatice (14 km) you will find museums, medieval walls with a town hall and a Gothic-Renaissance center with good tourist facilities.
