Entrance, hall, living room with seating group (extra bed for 1 person), coffee table, radio, LCD TV with satellite and single bed. Separate kitchen with dining table for 6 people. Equipped kitchen with stove (electric), oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. Spacious bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. In the attic 3 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a narrow double bed (140 cm). Third bedroom with a double bed, sofa and terrace overlooking the panorama of the Bavarian part of Šumava. Second separate toilet. Central heating. Guests have access to an outdoor seating area and a portable barbecue. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

On the German side of the Šumava, 24 km southwest of Železná Ruda and 17 km northwest of Zwiesel. The house is located in the Bayerischer Wald nature reserve, on the outskirts of the spa town of Bodenmais. There are many tourist destinations and ski trails in the area. The ski resort on the Silberberg mountain (2.5 km from the cottage) is ideal for families with children and beginners. But visitors will also enjoy the beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding hills. Nearby is the highest mountain in the Šumava Velký Javor (Großer Arber). On Velký Javor there is a ski resort with tracks of all difficulties. The area includes more than 1 km long toboggan run and snowboard park. The biggest natural attractions in the area are the waterfalls in the Ryßlochfälle gorge (2 km). The gorge is partly wild, partly romantic. The majestic waterfall consists of several cascades that are a total of 55 meters high. From hiking, we would like to recommend a visit to the Great Javor Lake. At the lake there is the possibility of renting boats, refreshments in a local restaurant with a terrace or a visit to a fairytale forest. Tourist enthusiasts can continue climbing the Velký Javor. One of the local attractions is the Joska glassworks, which introduces visitors to the magic of glass production. There is also a crystal restaurant with a café and a children's playground for the little ones.
