Free standing older country house whose walls are covered with ivy-berry. Furniture is very simple and bashful. Suitable especially for young sports-minded nature lovers. Entrance into the veranda with dining table and benches. Kitchen with gas stove, fridge, coffee-maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sofa for 3 persons, dining table for 9 persons and TV. Bathroom with bath-tub and bidet, separate toilet. Bedroom with three single beds. Upstairs there is a corridor, second toilet, second bedroom with three single beds and third bedroom with a single bed, a double bed and sofa. Electric heating. Large garden with an extend of almost 2000 m2 is fenced. At disposal a beautiful swimming pool 10 x 4 m and 2 m deep(only July and August)! Terrace, garden furniture, parasol, portable garden-grill, fireplace and swing. Private parking.

In the northwestern Bohemia, almost alone, in the vicinity of village Kundratice, ca 6 km north of the town Litomerice and about 60 km from the capital city Praha (Prague). House stands in beautiful countryside, near the forest, in a gentle slope, with a beautiful view of the surroundings - protected area „Stredoceska vysocina“. A very quiet place - in the neighborhood there are only two other houses. Nature lovers can enjoy the space and calm here, ideal for families with children. Surroundings is appropriate for walks, bummels in the woods, cycling, swimming and fishing (with permission) at the river Labe. Good conditions for all sorts of sports activities, opportunity to visit historical and cultural monuments in the vicinity - such as castle Ploskovice 12 km, chateau Litomerice 6 km, monument and fortress Terezin (former concentration camp from the Second World War) 9 km, monastery Doksany 18 km, castle Velke Brezno 13 km, open-air museum Zubrnice 22 km, castle Strekov 12 km and more.
Distances: Basic foods, restaurant, supermarket and other facilities (Litomerice) 6 km. Further there is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, hiring of bicycles and the possibility of fishing (with permit). Horse riding (Hlinna) 1 km. Golf course (Terezin) 11 km.
