  The cottage is picturesque. You have your own privacy there. In bad weather you can have fun with table tennis or basketball. There were seven of us there and we had a great time. Very good communication with the lady.

  Everything was flawless. Absolute peace and quiet. The owner was very helpful, willing and nice. The cottage's equipment is older, but everything is functional. In short, a cottage as it should be. Just don't count on a gas grill. But there is a fireplace and a grill, so you could grill like that.

  Communication with the owner was great. We had nice weather, so the pool was sufficiently heated. Advantages - table tennis, gas grill, sitting under the shelter, parking on the property. A great vacation.

  Missing nets in the windows (it is impossible to ventilate at night). Terribly hot in the bedrooms even at night.

  We liked the absolute peace and quiet, just the singing of birds, ideal for those who like privacy and peace, the cleanliness and equipment of the cottage are sufficient, sitting in the shelter is also great, when it is hot, there is a pleasant coolness inside the cottage, communication with the owner was super helpful, nice, she advised great restaurants nearby and trips

  We would recommend putting insect screens on the windows, there were really enough of them, the pool would need solar heating, the one there is not enough, it was really cold, the water does not have time to heat up or at least cover it, then there is a rather unfortunate extension for the filtration by the pool, not covered in any way, so if it rains or splashes from the pool, it is quite dangerous!!!!! Sun loungers would also be useful for the pool

  Given the layout of the village of Chrastín, it is great that you can comfortably park on your own land by the barn. A well-equipped kitchen, a great bed for me, a great shower, lots of interesting decorative items throughout the house, a perfectly "equipped" barn where you can find anything for craft work, entertainment, repairs... The building and actually the entire village is absolutely quiet and peaceful, you can only hear birds and the rustling of the forest, and during the day sometimes small flying machines from a nearby amateur airport... In one word: beautiful!!
  Minuses
  It would be a good idea to artificially increase the water temperature in a less accessible pool with a solar collector, as short direct heating of the water by the Sun alone is not enough to raise its temperature to an acceptable value - even 3 days of cloudless sky in June did not raise the temperature above 16°C... An open fireplace is an excellent and pleasant thing, but it is poorly placed, because the smoke and ash from it go into the shelter even at a weak wind, where they are both annoying... A fairly thick log, up to the height of a man's waist and firmly embedded in the ground, would be great for splitting wood, to make this work more comfortable and safe. The current one, small, has curved surfaces, bounces on the mat, and the split wood must be held with one hand so that it does not fall off it...

  Peace and privacy, nice bathroom, size and spaciousness of the property. Covered outdoor seating. Table tennis and basketball hoop.
  Minuses
  The area is really dead. Finding a restaurant to eat while cycling in the surrounding villages was almost impossible. The pool could do with some solar heating given its location, the sun only shines on it in the morning and then later in the afternoon.

  The house is located near a forest and is in a quiet environment suitable for recreation, relaxation, but also for organizing trips around the area. Possibility of grilling on a modern gas grill, or roasting on a fire and spending the whole day outside. You can have fun even in bad weather with the games that are available in the barn. We and the children enjoyed it.
  Minuses
  The house is already outdated and unfortunately several pieces of furniture including room furnishings. There are a lot of unnecessary things on display. Otherwise, we would have liked better access to the pool and a place to store the tarpaulin.
