Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and dishwasher. First bedroom with double sofa bed and desk. Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. In the attic there is a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette with a microwave and an electric kettle. Third and fourth bedroom, both with a double bed, a double sofa bed and LCD TV. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. The whole building is centrally heated. From the living room there is access to a well-equipped spacious terrace with garden seating, grill, table tennis, table football, sandpit and whirlpool overlooking the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is also an above-ground swimming pool by the house. Parking by the house for up to 4 vehicles.

In the exceptional area of Central Bohemian Uplands, 24 km west of Litoměřice and only 6 km from the highest mountain Milešovka. The house is situated on the outskirts of the village Lukov, near the marked cycle path, right in the conservation area, which is due to volcanic origin an unique natural monument in the Czech Republic. Due to the extraordinary nature of the landscape, we can find there a large number of hiking and cycling trails. Less than 15 km from the house there is the famous Gate of Bohemia (or Porta Bohemica) with beautiful views of the Elbe valley. Other nearby attractions include the ruins of Kostomlaty Castle (11 km), Milešov Castle (5 km) or the renaissance Castle in Lovosice (16 km). You can spend a day trip in Litoměřice (24 km), which thanks to its very fertile landscape boasts the nickname "Garden of Bohemia". Here you will find the historic center with gothic fortifications, a castle, a number of museums and galleries, frequent social events and much more.
