Free-standing holiday house, in 2009 newly built, very nicely furnished. The house is divided into three separate suites - each has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and loft bedroom.
Suite A (blue) - suitable for 4-6 persons: Enter through a covered terrace, living room with sofa, chest of drawers, dining table, TV and wood stoves. Open kitchen with electric cooker with two ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Staircase to the attic with two double beds and sofa (also can be used as an extra bed for 2 persons).
Suite B (yellow) - suitable for 4-6 persons: Enter through a covered terrace, open kitchen with dining table, chest of drawers and wood stoves. Open kitchen with two electric stoves, refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Staircase to the attic with one double, two single beds and sofa (also can be used as an extra bed for 2 persons).
Suite C (red) – suitable for 4-6 persons: Enter through a covered terrace, open kitchen with dining table, chest of drawers and wood stoves. Open kitchen with two electric stoves, refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating provided by wood-fired stoves. Suite B and C are connected by a common room with three dining tables, 12 chairs and TV. In the partially fenced garden there is a garden furniture, portable grill, firepit, shed to safely store your bikes and wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub. In south Bohemia, a small and very quiet village Kaproun, about 20 km from the picturesque town of Jindřichův Hradec. Amazing location in the heart of the protected area with many forests and ponds called "Ceska Kanada", which is a paradise for cyclists – in the area around there are leading popular cycling paths. In the sourrounding you will find the ruins of the castle Landštejn 10 km, town Slavonice 24 km and Telc 32 km (both under UNESCO protection), spa town Trebon with a castle 32 km, town Jindrichuv Hradec with a castle 20 km, castle Dačice 26 km. Forest train station (narrow-gauge railway with steam train) only 1 km.
