Description of accommodation

A beautiful cottage with a completely enclosed yard, a sunken pool for adults and children, a wellness room, a wine cellar and complex equipment that will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The accommodation is divided into 5 separate, fully equipped apartments.
1st apartment: In the attic. Kitchenette, seating area, sofa (can be converted into 2 beds), TV, 2 single beds and 1 cot. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Suitable for 3 people.
2nd apartment: On the ground floor. Living room with dining table, sofa (double bed), TV and kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. Bedroom with double bed, two bunk beds and cot. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and two washbasins. Separate toilet. Suitable for 6-8 people.
3rd apartment: On the ground floor. Living room with dining table, sofa (double bed), TV, fireplace and kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. Bedroom with double bed and single bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and separate toilet.
4th apartment: In the attic. Spacious living room with dining table, large sofa bed, bed, TV and kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and kettle. 3 separate bedrooms in total – first and second with double bed and third with two bunk beds and two single beds. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Second separate toilet with sink. Suitable for 10-12 people.
5th apartment: In the attic. Small kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. Dining table, TV, 3 separate beds and sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Wellness room with sauna, solarium, shower with toilet and luxurious jacuzzi. Common room with seating, fireplace, TV and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bar. Stylish wine cellar with seating and billiards (possibility to buy local wines from the landlord). The heating of the building is central or by local stove. Washing machine and dryer available. Guests also have at their disposal a completely fenced garden with several outdoor seating areas, game elements (basketball, darts, table tennis, ball net), inground pool (depth 1.7 m), children's paddling pool (depth 0.7 m), trampoline, gas grill and garden house with seating, TV, kitchenette and toilet. Parking possible for up to 10 vehicles.

Note on accommodation

Pets are not allowed. Refundable deposit 10,000 CZK. Cleaning deposit 5,000 CZK (if the property is properly cleaned at the end of the stay, the deposit is returned). One bag of wood included in the price, another for a fee of 250 CZK/bag. Electricity is paid on site according to actual consumption (8 CZK/1 kWh). Accommodation fee, bed linen and towels included in the price of the stay. For weekend nights (2 nights) in the cold months, a fee is paid for pre-heating the property (3,000 CZK in the period December - March; 2,000 CZK in April, May, October and November). Outdoor areas and parking spaces are monitored by a camera system for maximum safety. The comfortable capacity of the property is 25 people with the possibility of accommodating another 8 people on extra beds and sofa beds.

Location description

In the so-called Czech Canada, on the border of the South Bohemian Region and the Vysočina, 17 km east of Slavonice, 8 km south of Jemnice and 15 km from the Vranov Dam. The accommodation is located in the picturesque village of Dančovice, which is a suitable starting point for trips to South Bohemia and Moravia. Especially suitable for cyclists, because most interesting places are accessible by bike paths within 50 km. You can visit, for example, Jemnice with the castle (8 km), the castles of Dačice (20 km) and Police (6 km), the UNESCO monuments of Telč (31 km) and Třebíč (46 km), the famous ceramics in the village of Maříž (21 km) or the historic town of Slavonice (17 km) with Renaissance houses with decorated gables.
