Detached cottage with large garden, after a tasteful renovation in 2019 with the preservation of historical features. Entrance, kitchen connected with living room. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and kitchenware. Living room with dining table for 6 persons, two single beds (one is foldable to a double bed) and LCD TV. Separate bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed. Next to the kitchen smaller room with sitting area. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating of the cottage by solid fuel stove. In the garden (mostly fenced) guests can use wooden seating, fireplace, trampoline and sandbox for children. There is also petanque, badminton and small goals. Parking directly at the house for up to 3 vehicles.

In Central Bohemia, near the Blaník protected area, 12 km from Benešov and approximately 51 km south of Prague. The cottage is situated in a quiet cottage area of the village Lhota Veselka, near the forest and between the ponds. Along them are attractive bike paths, which take tourists to most attractions in the area. In the region we can find for example renowned castle Konopiště with park (16 km), town Vlašim with chateau and open-air cinema (8 km), chateau Jemniště (5 km) or lookout tower Špulka (14 km). We definitely recommend visiting the fabled Blaník Mountain in a protected landscape area, with an educational trail and a wooden lookout tower at the top (17 km).
