Description of accommodation

Entrance, corridor, kitchen on the left connected with the dining room. Kitchen with stove, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Dining table for 12 people. Heating with tile stove. On the right from the corridor opposite the kitchen a double room with two single beds, a table for 8 people, a TV with satellite and a fireplace. In the corridor in the rear there is a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet. Upstairs loft. From the smaller corridor to the left is a bedroom with four single beds and a smaller table for 3 people. From the corridor to the right is a bedroom with one double bed and four single beds. Single beds are in the rear left part and have an option of bed, for the sum of 2 additional persons. Local electric heating, tiled stove and fireplace with air distribution throughout the building. Large garden on its own unfenced land, partially shared with the object SM 0031. Sandpit, swings and jungle gyms for children. Sitting by the fireplace with grill. Large covered seating with wooden furniture common to both cottages. Smaller shared volleyball court. Parking by the cottage.

Note on accommodation

Baby cot upon appointment with the landlord. Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. WiFi included. Consumption of electricity up to 50 kWh per week is included, additional usage will be paid on site. Occupancy by up to 14 people. Extra beds are not charged. A steep forest driveway leads to the house. Snow chains are required in winter. When it is a lot of snow there is a parking lot 350 meters from the object, in which case your luggage is transported by the owner of the object with a terrain vehicle.

Location description

In the very heart of the Beskydy Mountains, almost in a secluded, at the foot of the Lysá hora, a freestanding wooden cottage on its own, unfenced land. The cottage can be rented separately or together with the smaller cottage SM 0031, standing on the same plot. Unique experience for all lovers of romance and tranquility. Stylish timber from the time of our grandmothers provides all the comfort, while offering a wonderful atmosphere of mountain cottage. Behind the cottage you will find only meadows and forests in a mild, hilly countryside, peace and quiet is a matter of course. The cottage is located in a secluded area, about 4.5 km from the center of the village of Morávka, where you will find the necessary civic amenities. The center of the bigger town of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí is 18 km away, the center of Frýdek Místek 20 km. Surroundings of the cottage invite you to various sports activities, hiking trails (hiking to Lysá hora), cycling, swimming, playing golf or other different trips. You can use the outdoor swimming pool in the village Morávka (5 km), where horse lovers can find fun too - Pension Jizdárna (5 km). For hiking enthusiasts we recommend a hike on Lysá hora (20 km), a visit to the Satin Waterfall (19 km), as well as Golf Resort Celadna (27 km). In winter you can ski in the Malenovice area (19 km).
