Dining room with dining table for 6 people, kitchen with small dining table, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed. In the floor there is another bathroom with bath and a second separate toilet. Furthermore, living room / bedroom with sofa, double bed and open access to the room with massage table and one extra bed. From the house there is a beautiful view of the garden, trees and fields around. Very nice place with a strategic location from which you can choose a variety of trips – not only to capital city Prague but also for xapmle castle Paseka 10 km, castle Český Šternberk 26 km, monastery Želiv 23 km.
    Distances: Basic food in a village, other shops (Dolní Kralovice) 5 km, restaurant (Loket) 1 km and (Dolní Kralovice) 5 km. Natural swimming - a pond where you can swim and do water sports (Němčice) 3 km. Indoor swimming pool and tennis court (Podhradí) 15 km. Horse riding (Kaliste) 20 km. The forest 500 m.

      What can I add to this holiday, I guess I really don't recommend it and I'm attaching a conversation in which you can read everything and get your own picture. The agency's dealings were absolutely fine, helpful and with an effort to solve everything. Hello, We had a property booked through you, would it be possible to add a rating and review somewhere? How does feedback and property rating work on your website? Unfortunately, there were no reviews for this property when we booked it and it was our worst holiday, I would like to warn others against this experience. The experience with the owner, who absolutely does not respect privacy and visits the property as he pleases, even though it is announced and paid for by you as private, without the owner's participation, is absolutely appalling! He literally climbed into our bedroom while we were sleeping and under the pretext that he needed to repair the window in the kitchen, he demolished our house from top to bottom, room by room, it was horrible! After this experience, my husband and I had to leave the property because it would probably hurt the owner and only my parents remained there, who risked it with the owner for two more days. There were a whole bunch of horrors and horrors there, I probably don't need to burden you with that or if it were necessary to add the whole list to the complaint, no problem, however, I would like to at least write about it in the review, as a warning to others. What I would like to resolve with you, however, is the equipment that is announced on your website and paid for within the property and which is not there at all. We also rented the property because of the infrared sauna, it was one of the key parameters for us, when choosing the property and the sauna was not there at all, even though it is beautifully photographed in the offer. I would not address some small things, of which there were also a dozen, but these key things, for which a person wants to enjoy a vacation and pays for them, should probably be there. It's like renting a house with a pool and then there was no pool, just a ruined vacation from the start. Therefore, I believe that financial compensation would be more than appropriate in this case. The sauna was taken from the object due to lack of space and is in another house in my ownership, there is no problem using the sauna upon request. It was not requested by the tenants upon arrival or during the stay, there is nothing written in the declaration and signed by the tenant! In every object, defects caused by weather conditions occur and this was the defect in the plastic window on the second floor in the kitchen, it could not be closed. When handing over, this defect was reported to the person who rented the object, who agreed that the window would be repaired during the rental period. The technician from Příbram called an hour in advance to stop by for repairs before ten o'clock. After the roommate's consent, the defect was repaired and after further consent, the technician went over the other windows outside the bedrooms! The entire repair took less than 20 minutes. If this is called a terrible invasion of privacy, then it is better not to rent anything. The fact that it was a cold week is not the owner's fault and this was also reflected in the poor communication, which I noticed from the surrounding area week. The first two days it was necessary to heat the house and therefore the electricity consumption also increased and 48 kWh was overdrawn, which was not billed, since the lady who rented the property was not present at the handover on Saturday at 11:30. I have a similar experience when the weather was bad all week and the rent in Čechtice was also complained about. They simply try to get the owner or the agency to leave and at the same time the complaint is greatly exaggerated and false information and shameful exaggeration are used. It is simply outrageous how the tenant has disgraced us! It is a false accusation, everyone must think about what they are accusing and in what way, I apologize. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, before the email I would like to point out that I am definitely not providing any false information and I am not trying to "leave" anything out of anyone. The fact that the infrared sauna was not on site and was advertised and paid for in the building is a FACT, we can probably all agree on that, as well as the fact that we would have used it a lot when the weather was bad. Even if we disagreed with the "person" (a beautiful term used by the owner) who rented the property on anything else, then we probably did on this one and I don't see a single reason why I should go anywhere, since I paid for the infrared sauna at the property, we didn't have to have a stove and we could go cook next to the person, right? The person who rented the property informed us on the day of arrival about the broken window, saying that we shouldn't use it and that it had to be repaired (nothing, during our stay), but of course it happens, I wouldn't have the slightest problem with that. I see the problem in that when the repairman calls him an hour in advance, the person who rents the property doesn't know how to pick up the phone and call me an hour in advance. Instead, two strange men are yelling at my sick mother from the balcony, asking someone to please open the door for them, and they're pounding on it like they're losing their senses. All we had to do was pick up the phone and inform us as politely as the repairman informed him. They woke us all up and my husband and I by saying that someone had entered our bedroom! So yes, it was horrible when someone wakes you up like that and you have absolutely no idea what is going on and yes, I consider it a complete loss of privacy, as well as the whole house being swept clean as part of the repair of one window on the upper floor. I would also like to comment on the clean sheets, since the person renting the property had already bitten them, which we had to put on again, because under the pillow upstairs we found a nut and a chewing gum wrapper, I really imagine clean sheets differently, but I am only commenting on this as a reaction, otherwise it was written there to take the sheets. It's also nice when you want to take a bath and there's no plug either upstairs or downstairs, I don't know how you would bathe a small child there, but maybe we could find a plug somewhere in the next property or maybe we could go and bathe directly at the person next door. Also, it's amazing, it's summer and you want to sit in a gazebo where the person renting the property has old windows stacked in three rows and old, creaky, unpainted furniture that I just ruined my pants on. It would be more than appropriate to go to the advertised property once a year and also look around there, because this one was photographed so beautifully, nothing more. However, the most important thing for us is privacy, which is why we always rent a property without the landlord's participation. It would certainly be appropriate to state there that the owner basically has a shared garden with you and is always "poking around" around the house and going into the basement and garage of the house you rent whenever he wants and driving through the garden you rent. Yes, that's not how I really imagine privacy. We really have no idea that there was a flood, no one told us anything, but it was probably because a person would flood themselves in a rented property without the owner's participation, after they were cold and no, the landlord would decide that you are cold and without asking, they would enter the property and flood you, that is a perfect example, what more can I add... I would also like to apologize, but I think that financial compensation would be more appropriate, considering that I paid for something that was completely inappropriate. Therefore, it is very difficult to assess the situation objectively if we do not have a statement from a third party or other evidence. As for the infrared sauna, the landlord did not notify us of its removal, which is why it was still in our offer. Since he himself feels slandered, he does not agree to any financial compensation. In any case, since the sauna was in our offer, we feel that it is appropriate to compensate you for the removed sauna, at least from our side. When making compensations, we base our calculations on the so-called Frankfurt Table, which serves as a universal tool for providing discounts for deficiencies in accommodation, which is taken into account by courts throughout Europe, therefore it is a suitable tool for objectively assessing the amount of compensation. In the category of the Frankfurt Table's facility equipment, you can find a specific section directly regarding the sauna: missing sauna, if it was promised and paid for – 5% discount. Although it was allegedly on the property, we will still proceed as if it was completely missing. 5% of the amount of 12,998 CZK comes to 650 CZK (rounded up). I would like to ask for the account number to which we will send you the compensation. They have nice balconies, but upon arrival they tell you that you can't sit on them, so they don't get crushed by the chairs. And the last job. Around half past nine, you have to board up all the windows when you have the lights on, because hornets start to attack the windows, and those are the mornings, so you can dream about ventilation. Our motto Brzotice - never again!!
