Completely renovated house near the town centre, spacious with living area of app. 174 m2, tastefully furnished and luxurious. Entrance through nice flagged yard. Hall, spacious living room with sofa for 4 persons, stove, SAT TV and dining table for 8 persons. Luxurious kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven. Luxurious bathroom with shower enclosure, sink and toilette. In the first floor there is hall, second bathroom with bath, double sink and toilette. Three bedrooms – first with double bed, second with fold-out couch and third bedroom with double bed, fold-out couch and seating. Central gas heating. Entrance from the inner yard into the stylish basement with table and benches. You can also have a sit down in the closed yard, there is a garden furniture at your disposal, also fire place and grill. Just behind the yard is at your disposal private parking lot for 2 cars.

In the Central Bohemia, in the centre of town Ledeč nad Sázavou, ca 75 km south-east of Prague. Completely renovated family home is located only 100 m from the town square in the town centre. You find all the public facilities including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, etc. in the distance reachable by foot. River Sázava is only 200 m from the house. This area is ideal for hiking, bathing, swimming, fishing (permit necessary), biking, sailing and making trips by train through the very beautiful natural sceneries (train called Posázavský pacific) as well as for visiting historical and cultural sight. Castle Ledeč nad Sázavou only 500 m from the house, chatteau Zruč nad Sázavou 19 km, castle Lipnice nad Sázavou 13 km, cloister Želiv 17 km, chatteau Přibyslav 45 km, chatteau Žleby 33 km, castle Český Šternberk 36 km.
