Spacious guest house with a huge terrace partially overlooking Lipno and with an indoor heated pool. On the ground floor, guests have a bar, a large dining room with a fireplace, a children's corner, and a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and kitchenware. Wellness room with large pool (securing and heating the pool by prior arrangement). Shared toilets next to the dining room. The house is divided into 7 individual apartments (4 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor). Each apartment has a TV and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The first apartment with a double bed and an extra bed, the second with a double bed, the third with a double bed and two extra beds, the fourth with a double bed and an extra bed, the fifth with a double bed, two extra beds and a cot, the sixth with a double bed and an extra bed and the seventh with a double bed, two single beds, two extra beds and cot. Guests have a spacious terrace with outdoor seating. Children's castle in the garden. Parking on a private parking lot in front of the house.

Pets allowed (CZK 100/animal/night). Baby cot available by arrangement. Included in the price: Wi-fi connection, bed linen and towels. Eectricity consumption is paid on site. The indoor pool is available by arrangement (due to heating, initial heating fee CZK 1,000, after that within electricity consumption). Refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is paid to the landlord upon arrival. The total capacity of the building is 25 people.
Prices are valid for occupancy up to 12 people (4 apartments on the first floor).

In southern Bohemia, right by the Lipno Dam, 7 km from Frymburk and 28 km from Český Krumlov. The house is located in the village Kovářov, which is located on the shores of Lipno, so the place is ideal for a summer vacation by the water. Lipno is one of the most important tourist destinations in the Czech Republic and for that reason we find here the perfect tourist background - from boat and sports equipment rentals, sightseeing cruises, through bike paths, nature trails, lookout towers, to restaurants, wellness hotels and cafes. If you like to visit interesting places, we can recommend for example the historic town of Český Krumlov with its castle and chateau (28 km), Rožmberk Castle (26 km), the treetop trail in Lipno nad Vltavou (15 km) or the monastery in Vyšší Brod (25 km) .
