The newly built and cosily furnished wooden hut on the very edge of the picturesque village, where the road ends, is a perfect retreat for solo travelers and (spiritually) young couples, who will find peace, quiet and complete privacy here to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Entrance from the terrace, kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. For relaxation, there is a reading chair and a daybed, which can also serve as a sleeping bed for a child up to age of 15. Desk with a chair. Wood-burning stove to complete the romantic atmosphere. Separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Steep stairs without railings lead to a king-size double bed on the built-in floor, which can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 1 child. Heating of the property provided by air conditioning or wood-burning stove.

In South Bohemia, in the sleepy village of Kundratice, 5 km west of Veselí n. Lužnicí and about 30 km north of České Budějovice. The location on the edge of the cultural landscape of the Třeboň Basin makes it ideal for cycling trips and discovering the natural beauty of this unique area of fields, forest glades and ponds from the saddle of a bicycle. An interesting place to visit is the Borkovická blata nature reserve (9 km) - a peat bog with unique flora and fauna, through which a nature trail with built-in walkways passes. Natural swimming and great conditions for windsurfing can be found in Vlkovské pískovny (7.5 km). You will feel like in the desert in the nearby "Přesyp u Vlkova" reserve, where a sand dune rises up to 6 m above the surrounding landscape. A refreshing stop at the family-run Bukovar beer microbrewery (7 km) will definitely come in handy on your travels.
If you are coming to South Bohemia for cultural monuments, then you will appreciate the location of your base, from which such pearls as the romantic castles of Hluboká n. Vlt., Červená Lhota (both 27 km) and Třeboň (25 km) or the castle with a chateau in J. Hradec (31.5 km) are within driving distance. A great example of rural baroque is the Mažice village conservation area with a uniquely preserved complex of rural homesteads so typical of South Bohemia region.
