Free-standing country house, former farmhouse, cosily furnished. All rooms are in one level, there are only a few steps at the entrance and bathroom. Entrance, veranda, hallway. Living room with sitting area (serves also as a fold-out bed – 1,5 bed), one single bed, dining table for 5 persons and entrance to the garden. Open kitchen with TV, electric cooker with a ceramic hotplate and hot air oven, refrigerator, electric tea kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with a double bed, TV and entry into the bathroom with baht-tub and toilet. This bathroom is also accessible from the outside. Second bedroom with a double bed. The second bathroom with shower and toilet. Electrical heating. In the spacious fenced garden is absolute privacy. At disposal there are garden furniture with parasol, covered terrace with sitting area, fireplace and nice view of the green and further swimming pool 10 x 5 m. Parking in front of the house.

In south Bohemia, in the middle of the area with many ponds, on the edge of village Smrzov, ca. 2 km west of the small town Lomnice nad Luznici and about 11 km north of the beautiful spa town Trebon. Former farm has a closed and fenced inner court, which guarantees absolute quiet and privacy. View into the courtyard and at the back into the garden and green. About 50 m from the house there is a pond and village square with childrens playground. The whole area offers ideal conditions for walking, swimming, fishing (with a permit), cycling and taking of various trips. In the surroundings there are found many sports and cultural facilities, historic sightseeings and picturesque villages and towns - such as the spa town Trebon with a chateau, crypt and pond „Svet“ (the possibility of sightseeing sailings with a steam-boat) 11 km, the historic city Jindrichuv Hradec with a chateau 31 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou and the hunting lodge Ohrada with nice zoo 25 km, the metropolis of South Bohemia Ceske Budejovice 24 km and the historic town Cesky Krumlov with a chateau (protected by UNESCO) 46 km.
Distances: Basic foods in the village 100 m, supermarket (Lomnice nad Luznici) 2 km, a local restaurant 100 m and 2 km.
