Free standing villa after a reconstruction (2015), very nice and comfortably furnished. Entrance, living room with seatting, TV with satellite and dining table for 10 persons, opened kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. Entrance into the first bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Corridor with the entrance into second and third bedroom and second bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet and with stairs into the first floor. Second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. On the first floor there is fourth spacious bedroom with one double bed. Central heating with heat pump. Villa stands on its own completely fenced lot with a garden. There is nice covered seatting with wooden garden furniture, gas grill, swing and garden play-house for children at disposal. Next part is separated wellness room with sunken heated swimming pool 7 x 3 m, pool chairs and massage table (landlady can provide massages after an agreement). Parking in front on the villa as well as inside the property.

Small pets are allowed after an agreement (€ 18,-/pet/week). Non-smoking property (smoking only outside and on the terrace allowed). At disposal WiFi, washing machine and on a request baby cot. Consumption of electricity, gas and wood shall be paid on the spot. In the colder periods and in winter shall be paid also heating of the swimming pool (CZK 5.000,-/week). Owner (calm couple) lives in the neighbour house and maximally respects the privacy of the guests. House is suitable for max. 10 persons.
