Free standing farm, in 2002 completaly renovated, good equipped. Entry to closed yard. Entry, hall, living room with a couch, dining table for 6 persons, TV with satellite and oven where it is possible to sleep. Via the space with the oven is the living room put through a bedroom with one single bed. Small kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and hot-flue oven, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Sink is placed separately behind a corner. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed. Upstairs hall with sitting, third bedroom with two separate beds and spacious fourth bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Heating with stove and electric heating. Partly fenced in-yard, which provides enough privacy, at disposal. In open barn pleasant sitting, during rainy weather absolutely protected. Garden furniture, mobile grill, fire pit and table tennis available. Behind the yard there is a private meadow for guests at disposal. Parking at the edge of road in front of the yard or in the yard.

Cot on request. Pets allowed. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. In winter season shall be paid fee for pre-heating of the house EUR 40,-/week. Ideal location for getting to know of beautiful southbohemia scenery, biking (nice marked paths) and visits of many sights in surrounding – castles, ruins, historical towns and picturesque villages.
