You make use of a half of the attic of this former, free standing original farm. The house was completely renovated in 2006 and is very comfortably arranged with new furniture. Entry, hall and stairs to the attic. Hall with two entries to two apartments.
Left apartment: entry, hall, kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Spacious living room with sitting suit, TV with satellite and DVD and access to the terrace. In separate part of living room there are two extra beds. Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Two bedrooms – each with double bed.
Central gas heating. Large, fenced garden, garden furniture with parasol, mobile grill, fire pit, sand pit and swimming pool 7,3 x 3,7 m with solar heating. Own parking-site in yard. Playground for children 30 m from the house.Part of accommodation
Note on accommodation
Cot on request. One small dog allowed. Gas consumption for heating shall be paid on the spot. Landlord lives in a separate apartment with own entrance in the basement of the house. House is suitable for max. 8/10 adults + 1 baby. Prices in the price list are scheduled for max. occupation with 4/6 adults + 1 baby.
