Entry, hall, spacious living room/bedroom with sitting suit, fire stove, TV with DVD, video and satellite, double bed and one single bed. Living kitchen with dining table, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with double bed, one single bed and access to a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Non-fenced garden with garden furniture and parasol, swing bench and mobile grill. Round swimming pool (5 m in diameter x 1m) with filtration. Own parking-site.

Cot on request. One dog allowed. Wifi. The landlord's house stands on the same property. Consumption of energy is in price included. There is a central heating (coal) – in the heating season landlord takes care of it and fee for heating € 30,- / € 40,- per week shall be paid on the spot. Special offer: in September and October the price for 2 weeks stay is € 298,- (please, when making a reservation, state this in a note).

House stands in a mild slope with view of green – garden, fruit garden and forest. Surrounding offers a lot of possibilities – hiking, biking, various trips, f. e. to historical town Cesky Krumlov (Urban Conservation Area) 28 km, castle and hunting-lodge with zoological garden in Hluboka nad Vltavou 28 km, castle Zumberk 16 km and others.
