  A wonderfully furnished spacious cottage with all the amenities, we really didn't miss anything. A large garden, covered seating, outdoor shower, beautiful lake, unfortunately there were people on vacation before us who didn't behave properly and made it impossible for us to swim. Blueberry cake and homemade lemonade from the landlady as a welcome gift, thank you again. Communication with the owners was wonderful, very nice and helpful people with whom it is not a problem to communicate.
  Minuses
  Yes, cars are quite loud here, but judging by the pictures, you are renting a cottage by the road, so you have to take that into account.

  The cottage was very nicely furnished with furniture suitable for a country cottage, nothing modern and I really liked that. The owner was a very helpful gentleman, the lady baked us an apricot cake as a welcome gift, which was very nice. The equipment was sufficient, there was also a hairdryer and iron available.

  The only downside was that there was no pool (even though it was listed on the website) and the natural habitat was so dirty that you couldn't swim. But on the other hand, there wasn't much to swim in those days and we were after trips anyway.

  Beautiful cottage with a large garden. Clean, equipped. excellent communication with the owner. The only thing I would criticize is updating the photos, the garden doesn't look that realistic anymore..you couldn't swim in the pond. We found the energy price a little too high.   When we were welcomed, we were greeted with refreshments and dessert, and we should thank them in return! The owners are very pleasant, kind people, helpful. After the storms, the pond in the garden got a little dirty, but the owner immediately offered an alternative in the form of an inflatable pool. Inside the cottage, pure beauty, we have never been in more beautiful accommodation. Plenty of everything, sitting in the garden always in the shade, the ping-pong table in the shed ensured many a fun evening for us. Newly, which is not mentioned on the website, they also have WiFi connection in the building, which will certainly be welcomed especially by children :). We were lucky to have really hot days, in the evening cockroaches are already flying around, but nothing that a wide open window and a bamboo net over the window wouldn't solve. So in the end, it was pleasant. Almost around the corner is the Church of the Holy Trinity, Buškův Hamr, those forests there. Beautiful :). Lots of blueberries, we weren't lucky with mushrooms, but in season it must be a blast :) Great swimming in the Big Pond. If you have time, we also recommend the Trust sandpit near Suchdol nad Lužnicí. I fell in love with the bathtub at the cottage.

  The only minor minuses for others might be that the house is by the road. If you are not used to it, cars drive by quite often in the evening with the window open. And we also had neighbors on both sides, but that is really just a mild reminder for those who would expect complete solitude, otherwise you could not see anything anyway. The cat that comes to visit here and there is completely fine :)

  Very nice owners, beautifully furnished interior and a beautiful garden with a swimming pond. Sports activities, even in the rain you won't get bored.
  Minuses
  Unfortunately, the cottage is located right next to a fairly busy road and at night, with the windows open, we were woken up by cars passing by and the neighbors' dogs barking all night long.

  Very nice and helpful owners, communication was excellent and as a welcome bonus we had a baked dessert and homemade lemonade... The cottage is very well equipped both inside and out and most importantly very clean... We didn't miss anything the whole week... Even though there are neighboring houses in the area, it doesn't affect privacy, we didn't meet anyone the whole week. I can only recommend it.

  Nice cottage, well-equipped kitchen, 2 enclosed courtyards, covered seating, large garden, interesting corners everywhere, cozy and yet plenty of space. Despite the bad weather, we tested the swimming pond a few times, it's great! The room on the ground floor is on the side, which is an advantage for us, it's quiet there. If you have children with you who want to have you nearby at night, it's a bit of a problem. Lots of interesting things in the area, lots of cycling paths (if you don't mind a little hill), few tourists. A wonderful holiday for us!
  Minuses
  Perhaps just a small complaint, there are so many toys in the closets in the upper room that there is nowhere to store your things :) And some utensils for the grill would be useful, but maybe we just didn't find them.

  The nice owner, who willingly advised us where to go in the area. The nice owner baked a great dessert and prepared a good homemade lemonade. The cottage is well equipped, we hardly have a kitchen like this at home. Swimming pool, ping pong, fireplace, grill, we simply didn't miss anything.
