Description of accommodation

The rural farm building from 1810, which has undergone extensive yet sensitive renovation, offers its guests generous indoor and outdoor spaces, the privacy of an enclosed courtyard and a return in time to the times of our grandparents. Historical artifacts and craftsmanship in every detail only further enhance the unique atmosphere of the place.
On the ground floor of the residential building there is a sitting room with a tiled wood-fired stove, combined electric stove with an oven, dining area, sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person) and children's swing. The first bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a babycot. Bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet and basin. Another toilet in the hallway.
In the attic there is a third bedroom with 3 single beds, king size mattress for 2 people, three armchairs and stairs to the loft with sleeping for children on two mattresses. Fourth bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 single bed and entrance to the games room with a ping pong table, which is also accessible from the yard via an outdoor staircase. From the yard there is an entrance to a separate common room with dining tables for 15 people and a kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. The former farm building across the courtyard provides outdoor sheltered seating and bicycle storage. In the grassy garden, guests have access to a grill, firepit, hammock and russian skittles, and for children there is a trampoline, a small football goal and lots of toys. Parking space for 6 cars.

Pets allowed for a fee of CZK 500 per stay. Wi-Fi connection and baby cot available. Refundable deposit CZK 5000. Electricity consumption of up to 50 kWh included in the price. Firewood for an additional fee. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided by the landlord. Accommodation is suitable for up to 15 guests.

Location description

In Western Bohemia, on the outskirts of the "Křivoklátsko" Protected Landscape Area, in the small village of Černíkovice, 40 km north of the center of Pilsen. This hilly and densely forested landscape has been guarded by castles since the early Middle Ages, from which romantic ruins have survived to this day, such as Krašov (9 km), Libštejn (16 km) and Týřov (23 km) above the valley of "Berounka" river or Krakovec (12 km), the filming location of famous czech fairy tales. On the other hand, despite the ravages of time and all invaders, the majestic castles of Točník (35 km) and Křivoklát (38 km) have survived to this day in excellent condition. Sacral architecture is represented by masterpieces of the baroque architect J.B. Santini - the provostship of Mariánská Týnice (9.5 km) and the baroque complex of the Plasy monastery (18 km) with several sightseeing tours. Boaters will certainly appreciate the proximity of the "Berounka" River, whose deep valley has the best views from "Havlova skála" (12 km) or the "Na Plazích" viewpoint (16 km). For natural beauties, head to the "Křivoklátsko" region, where the "Skryjská jezírka" (19 km) in the rocky canyon of the "Zbirožský" stream stand out for their magical scenery.
