Entrance to the living room with dining table for 4 persons, seating group for 6 persons, satellite TV, DVD player and radio. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and entrance to the sauna (free to use). Separate toilet. Wine cellar with bar, fireplace and table for 8 persons. Attic: 2 bedrooms - each with double bed and baby cot, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and entrance to the spacious bedroom. Separate toilet. Fenced garden, garden lighting and furniture, covered pergola with wooden table, benches and fireplace and grill. At your disposal is one basket of wood and one package of woodcoal. Sunken swimming pool 3 x 6 x 1,2 m with movable roofing, solar shower and deck chairs. Sandbox, 2 swings. Next to the garden stands lockable garage for placing bicycles. Parking lot in enclosed space - 1 car under roof, 1 car in the garden. Ground floor: electrical floor heating. Attic: electric convector heaters (higher electricity consumption).

The house is suitable for families with children. At disposal are two baby cots, two high chairs, childrens play corner, potty, toilet seats for children. Stairs to the attic with safety component. One small dog (only small breed) is allowed after agreement with the owner. Washing machine and WiFi internet connection at disposal. In the house is smoking forbidden. The building is part of a small campus "Sportrelax", which includes a total of 3 houses (2 houses for guests, in total 17 beds and 3 baby cots), tennis court, football field ca 20 x 40 m, playground for children, outside table tennis and pétanque (for free). Russian skittles for free after arrangement at your disposal. Bicycles (6-8 pcs.) for fee and after agreement with the landlady. Bedlinen in the price included, The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on spot. Final cleaning € 40,-. The landlady takes care about sports facilities and cleans the swimming pool regularly. This property is suitable for maximum 8 persons + 2 children to 2 years.
