Accommodation: Detached farmhouse, carefully restored in the old style, preserving the original details. The building is divided into two parts, each with its own separate entrance.
First part: entrance hall, kitchen with dining table, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, kettle and microwave. Three bedrooms - two with a double and a single bed and one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
Second unit (atypical suite): entrance, living room with sofa, dining table, kitchenette with electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. The room also serves as a bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with a spacious bedroom with double bed, LCD TV, dressing table and with extra bed for 4 persons, bathroom with shower and sink.
Central gas heating. Large enclosed courtyard with a terrace, covered solar heated and illuminated swimming pool 7,5 x 3,5 m with filtration. Spacious covered pergola with a large fireplace and wooden furniture. Ample parking at the door.Part of accommodation

Thanks to ideal location and closed yard You have absolute privacy in this calm place. Nice view of meadows and green hills. In surrounding a lot of sights – in range 2-35 km there are 6 castles.
Distances: Grocery shop and restaurant (Ceska Skalice) 4 and 5 km. Supermarket (Nachod) 15 km.
