  After the first day of our stay, we pointed out to the maintenance man that the waste in the shower was not draining. He did nothing about it, and he was not surprised that it was not draining. The waste in the kitchen smelled terribly, the waste ventilation is led directly to the kitchen counter, a really unpleasant smell. You were afraid to sit on some toilets, in case it broke. The weather was colder during our stay, so we asked to turn on the pool heating. The man responded by saying that he did not understand that 25 degrees was not enough for us (there was no thermometer and the water was really cold) and finally came out with the truth that the pool heating was not working. It rained several times at night, the roof in the main building is leaking, normally it rained from the ceiling next to the bed at night. The mattresses were in really bad condition and some of the duvets and pillows smelled really bad. I was looking for a clothesline, but the maintenance man said that he had been buying it for three weeks, but he always forgets it. There is no football pitch, only one hammock. The chimney in the fireplace on the terrace is a bit noisy and a bit noisy, we had to get the wood ourselves. I have to say that the property looks great in the photos and if someone really took care of it, it would have great potential. The place is really beautiful and considering that we spent most of our time on the terrace and in a great group of people, we were satisfied with the result. However, we will definitely not return here. The owner is advertising the property for sale and it is clear that he no longer cares much about it.

  The cottage is beautiful, really secluded, the property is spacious, the cleaning could be more thorough, but nothing that couldn't be handled. Communication by phone with both the agency and the owner was great.
  Minuses
  Unfortunately, our beautiful vacation was spoiled by the arrival of the owner's mother, who wanted us to do a complete cleaning, including disinfecting all toilets, bathrooms and kitchens. And that was only because she knew that she wouldn't have time to clean, because there were two of them to clean the entire property. The agreement with the owner was that we would leave without any trash, unwashed dishes, etc. There was no mention of a handover cleaning anywhere. We were also a little disappointed that the pool heating didn't work, there was no table football available, there was only one hammock and the wifi didn't reach the entire property, so if you don't want to sit inside in the kitchen, you're out of luck and sometimes the trash can gets messy (the showers don't drain) but these are just little things, we enjoyed our stay.

  The accommodation for a relatively high price did not include bed linen, towels, dishcloths, soap, toilet paper, baskets, garbage bags. We had to buy wood for the fireplace from a nearby company. The shower by the pool did not work. The building is adjacent to an unimproved enclosure for breasts, which is in direct contact through a French window with two beds. The accommodation is not suitable for 16 adults, because 4 beds are just mattresses on the floor.
