Free-standing, completely renovated former farmhouse with an enclosed inner farmyard, located in the spacious garden. Entry, hall, living room with siting area (serves as well as a fold-out extra bed), sat-TV and the door into the garden. Spacious living kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, electric cooker, refrigerator, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Two bedrooms - each with one double bed and one bunk bed. Heating with heating pump. Enclosed inner courtyard and a large fenced garden, the garden furniture with parasol, garden grill, fireplace and a swimming pool (diameter of 3 m) at disposal. For the little ones, there is a sand pit ready. Private parking in the yard.

Cot on request. One small dog allowed (CZK 900, only a small breed of dog). The washing machine at disposal. Internet connection via Wifi. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons + 1 child under 10 years + 1 baby.

In South Bohemia, in the village Dobesov, ca 21 km east of the historical town Tabor and about 1,5 km from small town Cernovice. Village is located in the middle of beautiful hilly landscape of South Bohemia. The house stands on a sunny place and the adjacent garden borders on the private pond of the landlord! An ideal place for a quiet family holiday - you can simply relax in the house or garden, go walking, bathe, ride on bicycle or take various trips. In the surroundings there are found many sports and cultural facilities and historical sightseeings – e. g. castle Choustnik 11 km, Chynovske-caves 18 km, castle Kamen 11 km, chateau Kamenice nad Lipou 12 km, chateau Cervena Lhota 15 km, the historic town Tabor with catacombs and castle Kotnov 22 km, chateua Zirovnice 23 km. The capital city of Prague (Praha) is distant about a driving hour and certainly is worth a visit!
