In good or bad weather, neither you or your children won’t be bored. Entrance, floor, living room with a three-piece suite for 9 persons, dining table for 12 persons, fire place, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with dining table, electric ceramic hob and hot-flue oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, microwave oven, tea-kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with a bath and a toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Second bedroom with couch (fold-out extra bed - double bed). On the first floor there are hall with sitting, second bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Next third bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and fold-out extra bed. Fourth bedroom with a double bed, couch (fold-out extra bed) and TV. From this bedroom lead ladder stairs to a garret room with two single beds. Electric heating. Next to the main building stand a few extra buildings – spacious common room (former stable) with a fire place, three-piece suite, two billiard tables, table soccer, next luxurious sauna and infra-sauna, covered terrace with garden furniture, fire place, pizza stove and smoking-chamber. Next there is a barn with table tennis and pétanque. Garret room, where a special equipment for shooting from an air-gun into a target. Imbedded swimming pool 8 x 4 m (possible to cover). Inside yard with the garden of surface 3500 m2 – fenced. A lot of room around you and absolute privacy. In the garden there is swing for adults, swing for children, table skittles, sand-pit and grass play ground. Private parking place.

The village is situated at the edge of the area Český Les, beautiful hilly and forest countryside.
