Former farm, in 2001 completelly renovated, nice and well furnished and equipped. Entry, hall, living room with sitting area for 5 persons, dining table, firestove and sat-TV. Kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, refrigerator, electric stove, brick stove for cooking, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Three bedrooms – each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is only from yard accessible and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Electric central heating. Closed yard with absolute quiet and privacy. The yard with grass is very well-kept. There is garden furniture with parasol, 2 sun beds, garden grill(one standing and one portable) and in-ground swimming pool 7 x 3,5 m with solar cover at disposal. Covered parking lot (for 2 cars) in the yard.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of small village Sobesice, ca. 16 km east of town Susice and only 50 km from the border with Germany. Closed yard provides absolute privacy. Ideal place for quiet family holiday and also for hiking and cycling lovers. In the surroundings there are many sightseeings – e. g. ruins of the castles Kasperk and Rabi 10 km, ruin of castle Prachen 15 km, town and castle Strakonice 20 km, chateau Vimperk 28 km. In the town Susice there is a newly opened center for high adrenaline sports - offpark offers cable park, tandem parachute jump, flights per engine plane over the Bohemian Forest, zorbing and much more.
