Kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, pantry, electric cooker with oven, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with washbasin and shower. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Bedroom with double bed, one single bed and washbasin. Second kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, electric cooker with oven and with entry to the bedroom with double bed and entry to the own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Heating with fire stove (it heats only in living room). Closed courtyard with garden furniture (under the covered pergola), grill, trampoline, badminton, table tennis and balls at disposal. Spacious grass in front of the house. Enough space for parking.

South Bohemia, on the outskirts of village Velky Bor, 5 km north-west of the town Netolice with all the public facilities. This free standing house is located in the beautiful place in the middle of nice natural scenery of South Bohemia. You have absolute privacy and freedom here. Around the house there is a private land of the owner (10 ha) withpasture and private pond (200 m far from house). Wonderful locality with a view of surrounding countryside and nearby forest. This area is ideal for hiking, cycling, bathing and swimming, fishing, picking forest fruits and mushrooms and for making many trips. You can visit e. g. pilgrimage place with little chapel and monastery Lomec 4 km. Historical town Prachatice (Salt route) 16 km.
