Detached chalet, completely and sensitively rebuilt in the year 2008, all things are new. Rooms are tasty furnished with using of a bright wood. The chalet irradiate very pleasant atmosphere, gives a sense of warmness and peace. From the roofed terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view. Entrance, floor, living room with a sitting suite for 4 persons, satellite TV-set with a DVD player, dining table and fire stove. Pretty kitchenette with electric stove with ceramic hob and hot-flue oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms – one with a double bed and an extra bed and the second with two single beds and one extra bed. Electric heating and with a fire stove. Fenced garden. Pretty roofed terrace, garden fire place, fire pit and garden furniture at disposal. You can park your car in the garden.

Pets are not allowed. Boat gratis at disposal. After agreeing with the landlord you can borrow two bicycles. Final cleaning EUR 20,-. The consumption of electricity and the consumption of wood (EUR 4,-/basket) shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for max. 4/6 persons.

Very nice place on the bank of the river Lužnice, at a forest, with a view of the garden and river. Ideal for spending a calm vacation, swimming, strolling through the woods, cycling, fishing or making various (not only) cultural trips – historical town Tábor and Kotnov Castle 6 km, Choustník Castle 12 km, Kámen Castle 28 km, Chýnovské Caverns 14 km, Kozí Hrádek Ruin 10 km, Červená Lhota Chateau 20 km.
Distances: Shop and restaurant (Planá nad Lužnicí) 1,5 km, supermarket (Tabor) 3 km, new swimming pool (Plana nad Luznici) 1 km, out-door and in-door swimming pool and sauna (Tábor) 5 km. Tennis courts 2 km or on the other bank of the river (you can get there in a boat) 500 m. Golf course (Bechyně) 11 km, horse riding (Roudná) 4 km. Lužnice River, in which you can swim only 20 m from the house.
