Detached chalet, newly built in 2007 and tastefully furnished. Entrance, living room with a fold-out couch (double bed), dining table, TV and entrance to a terrace. Open plan kitchen with two plates, refrigerator, coffee-maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two double beds and roofed balcony. Heating (wood + one electric heating). Spacious, fenced garden with a pergola, terrace, wooden garden furniture, sun-umbrella, mobile barbecue, fire place, sand-pit, swing, slide and round swimming pool (Ø 3 m). Private parking on the plot.
