Part A: Entrance, hallway, living room with a sitting suit, dining table, TV and firestove. Kitchen with two electric hot-plates, refrigerator, tea kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with a shower, separate toilet. Three bedrooms – the first one with a double bed and the two others each with two single beds. Property B: Entrance, hallway, living room with a sitting suit, dining table, TV and firestove. Kitchen with two electric hot-plates, refrigerator, tea kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with a shower, separate toilet. Two bedrooms – the first one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Electric heating. The cottage stands on a fenced land, there is a common terrace and a fireplace at disposal. Own parking lot in the settlement.

Pets are allowed. There is a small boat gratis available. The whole cottage is suitable for a maximum of 10 persons (part A for maximum of 6 persons, part B for a maximum of 4 persons). If you want to book the whole cottage, it is necessary to fill in the order forms for both parts separately. The parts you can find under the codes JC 0403 A and JC 0403 B.

In South Bohemia, in a cottage settlement Soukenik, ca. 4 km from the town Plana nad Luznici. The settlement stands in the forest, near the Luznice river, where it is possible to swim, do water sports or rent a boat. In the compound there are three almost identical cottages, a restaurant, parking lot and bike rental. This area offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing or making various trips. In the surroundings there are many interesting places and sightseeings – e. g. historical town Tabor and castle Kotnov 6 km, castle Choustnik 14 km, Chynovske-caves 15 km and chateau Cervena Lhota 22 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Plana nad Luznici) 2 km, you can find a restaurant also in the settlement – only 30 m from the cottage. Supermarket (Tabor – Sezimovo Usti) 5 km. Out-door swimming pool, sauna and tennis (Plana nad Luznici) 2 km. In-door pool and sauna (Tabor) 6 km. Swimming, water sports and boat rental (Luznice river) only 70 m from the cottage. Grassy beach on the other river bank. Another possibilities to swim – former sand quarry (Roudna) 5 km or pond Jordan (Tabor) 6 km. Bike rental – in the compound (total 6 bikes – 2 for men, 2 for women and 2 for children). Horse back riding (Tabor – Sezimovo Usti) 6 km. Fishing with a permit in the pond (Tabor) 6 km.
