Detached holiday house, nicely decorated. Entrance, hallway and bathroom with shower,sink and toilet. Living room with seats for 4 people, also a pullout bed, fireplace, satellite TV with DVD and access to the terrace with garden furniture. Nice open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and microwave oven. Small chamber with a freezer and refrigerator. Subsequent garage serves as a storageroom(mainly for bikes). Stairs from the living room lead to a gallery with seats - including an extra bed and balcony access. Alcove with a double bed (queen size) and a bedroom with two single beds. Heated by electric heating and fireplace. The large garden is adjacent to the river and you also have available a pergola with a fireplace and wooden table with benches and artificial garden furniture. And for children, there is an inflatable trampoline and an inflatable pool. Private parking.

In South Bohemia, in a small holiday resort on the river Luznice on the edge of a forest, about 6 km to the north of the city Sobeslav and 5 km to the south of the city Plana nad Luznici. The holiday house stands on its own plot, surrounded by the river on one side and on the other with a hedge, so you have enough privacy. The location is also an ideal starting point for many excursions into the surroundings, such as visits to castles, cycling, swimming, walks in the woods and especially perfect for fishing (with a valid license).
