Freestanding cottage, its ground floor was in 2009 tastefully and nicely renovated. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. The living room is connected to a kitchen which is equipped with two ceramic cooking hob plates, fridge, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. From the living room there is an access to a cozy, glass porch with tables and benches. Bathroom with shower and toilet. After a steep staircase with a lid you will get to the attic, where are two bedrooms. First bedroom with three single beds and entrance to a second bedroom with two single beds. Heated by fireplace. Cottage stands on a non fenced land, there is a garden furniture, garden grill and fireplace. Parking at own parking lot or on the road above the chalet.

The cottage stands on a slope near the forest and only about 150 meters from the River. Beautiful views of the valley and the wooded hills nearby. Quiet location in the middle of nature. This area is perfect for fishing - fishermens paradise, but also offers good conditions for hiking, biking, swimming or making many cultural trips.
