Free-standing recreational house, pleasantly furnished. Entrance, floor, living room with a three-piece suite, dining table, fire place, satellite TV-set and with entrance to the terrace. Simple kitchen with a gas stove and electric oven, regfrigerator, tea-kettle, coffee-maker, and microwave oven. Modern bathroom with a shower corner and a toilet. On the floor there is a large bedroom with two double beds and a balcony with a view of the green. Second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with one single bed. Heating with the fire place and possibility to heat with electricity. The garden is fenced, garden furniture with a sun-umbrella, mobile barbecue, swing-bench and a sand pit at disposal. Private parking place.

In Western Bohemia, in a calm recreational settlement, near to the village Hrádek, in a spa area, c. 40 km to the southeast from the world-known spa-town Karlovy Vary and 8 km to the southeast from the town Toužim.The chalet is situated in the middle of meadows and beautiful hilly countryside, near to the woods and a pond.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Štedrá) 4 km. Supermarket and other restaurants, next swimming pool and tennis courts (Toužim) 8 km. Pretty, large recreational pond, in which you can swim and do the water sports, next tennis courts (Žlutice) 12 km. Golf course, in-door swimming pool and healing springs (Karlovy Vary) 40 km. Fishing – with permit – in the river Střela (Žlutice) 12 km. Woods 50 m. In the surroundings there are a few spa towns – Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně, Konstantinovy Lázně – well known spa triangle.
