Location: In West Bohemia, in calm holiday area in the vicinity of village Hradek, in known spa area, ca 10 km southeast of town Touzim and 40 km southeast of worldknown spa Karlovy Vary with beautiful golf ground. Ca 100 m from the house small pond. Swimming and water sports in dam 12 km. Forest 300 m.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Štedrá) 4 km. Supermarket and other restaurants, next swimming pool and tennis courts (Toužim) 8 km. Pretty, large recreational pond, in which you can swim and do the water sports, next tennis courts (Žlutice) 12 km. Golf course, in-door swimming pool and healing springs (Karlovy Vary) 40 km. Fishing – with permit – in the river Střela (Žlutice) 12 km. Woods 50 m. In the surroundings there are a few spa towns – Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně, Konstantinovy Lázně – well known spa triangle.
