Detached luxury cottage on its own fenced garden, very nicely renovated in 2015. Entrance, living room connected with kitchen. Kitchen with two-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, cookware, tableware and dishwasher. Living room with dining table for 8 people, corner sofa, armchair, TV and fireplace. There are two bedrooms in the loft. The first bedroom with two single beds, one double bed and access to the terrace. The second bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. Another room with two mattresses (suitable for children under 18 years). On the ground floor spacious bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet and sauna (wood heating). Central electric heating + local fireplace with hot air distribution. Guests can use the garden sitting on the covered terrace, portable grill and trampoline for children. Parking in front of the house for 2 cars.

Pets are not allowed. WiFi connection available. Electricity consumption is paid on the spot. Bedding, towels and bath towels provided by landlord for free. The first basket of firewood is free, the next one incurs an additional charge. A washing machine is at guests' disposal. Refundable deposit CZK 5000. Final clean-up for a fee of CZK 1500.

The cottage is located in the quiet recreation area by the dam, an ideal place for swimming, fishing and relaxation. For sightseeing you should visit Cheb Castle (10 km), the Františkovy Lázně City Museum (21 km), or Kynžvart Castle (31 km). Indoor pool, sauna and tennis 14 km. Children can enjoy the Trinity Cheb Rope Center (9 km) or the Amerika Park (14 km). The area is exceptional for golf lovers, we recommend to visit Golf Club Františkovy Lázně (22 km) or Royal Golf Club Mariánské Lázně (39 km), one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Czech Republic. Fishing with permit 15 m. Beach 15 m.
