Detached holiday cottage. Entry, hall, living room with sitting and dining area and sat-TV. Equipped kitchen with gas cooker with electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. From the living room lead stairs to the attic with two bedrooms – the first one with a double bed, sitting area and access to the second bedroom with four single beds and sitting area. There is a spacious garden, terrace with wooden table and bench, garden grill shared with property ZC 0016 (next-door holiday cottage) at disposal.

Fishing possibilities (with a fishing permit) – fishing paradise. Shop and restaurant 3 and 8 km. In-door swimming pool, sauna and tennis 8 km. Very nice golf course in Marianske lazne 22 km. Horse riding 13 km. View of the next-door cottage and lake.
