Free-standing cottage, cosily furnished. It consists of the ground floor where is situated: entry, corridor, living room with sofa, dining area, fireplace, television and the entry into the balcony, then the kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic cook top plate, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle and microwave and also the bathroom with shower and separate toilet. And the first floor where is situated hall and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and two daybeds. The cottage is being heated up by the chimney fireplace and by a central heating system with a fire wood kettle. Garden is not fenced, there is available a coverage terrace, garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace, sand pit and swing for children. Private parking is there possible too.

Pets allowed (CZK 480,-). Baby cot is available on request. Possibility to rent 2 bikes after agreement with the owner. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4/6 persons + 1 baby.

In southern Bohemia, on the outskirts of a small recreational chalet camp near the village Vrbno, about 8 km east of the town of Blatna. Quiet location (the roads end up nearby), in a forest close to the pond named Velka Kus. Right next to the chalet is a former stone quarry drowned in water. The place offers a gorgeous view over the meadows and the pond Velka Kus. Surroundings are ideal for hiking, mushroom picking, fishing, cycling and various trips - chateau Blatna 7 km, the ruins Prachen 16 km, Castle Lnare 9 km, Castle and the historic town of Pisek 33 km, Castle and the historic town of Strakonice 31 km, 25 km Breznice castle, ruin Rabi 25 km.
Distances: Supermarket and restaurant (Blatna) 7 km. Swimming (beach) and water sports in the Velka Kus pond - only 80 m. Indoor swimming pool, tennis court and horse riding (Mackov) 9 km. Other tennis courts (Vrbno) 1 km (Blatná) 7 km. Cottage is situated at the romantic spot in the woods near the former stone quarry.
