Free standing cottage. Entrance through a roofed terrace, hall, living room with sitting suit (also serves as a folding bed), dining table, fireplace, TV with DVD and access to the terrace towards teh water. Open kitchen with four gas plates, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed. Upstairs there is the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. Heating with stove (wood). Non-fenced property. There is a roofed terrace with garden furniture, mobile grill, sand pit and swing at disposal. Parking possibility by the cottage.

In South Bohemia, in a small holiday village, in forest, on the shore of the pond Mydlak, in the vicinity of village Zliv, ca. 16 km northwest of town Ceske Budejovice. View of green and of the large pond, which starts only 10 m from the house. You can swim, run water sports and fish (with local permission) there. In the surroundings there are found many sightseeings, historical towns and pictorial villages with beautiful typical southbohemian architecture. Town Hluboka nad Vltavou with nice chateau 7 km, hunting lodge Ohrada and the Zoo 9 km, chateau Kratochvile 22 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 30 km, the historical town and chateau Cesky Krumlov (under the protection of UNESCO) 36 km, spa town Trebon with the chateau, Schwarzenberg tomb and large pond "Svet" (swimming, fishing and sightseeing steamboat cruises) 40 km.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurant (Zliv) 1,5 km. Open-air pool and tennis courte (Olesnik) 4 km. In the town Hluboka nad Vltavou (7 km distant) you will found many facilities such as nice open-air pool with the water-slide, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and halls, bowling, massages, solarium, sauna, sportground and cable-center, possibility of horseback riding (riding hall and open-air riding), sightseeing steamboat cruises and many restaurants. Indoor swimming pool and sauna (Ceske Budejovice) 16 km. Sightseeings flights on the sport airport (Hosin) 11 km. Fishing (with a local permit) in the pond Mydlak just 10 m!
