Detached house, newly built in 2008, nice and cozy. Entrance, small hallway, living room with sofa, satellite TV and set-top box, fireplace, dining area and access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are 3 small bedrooms – first bedroom with two single beds and access to the covered balcony and to the second bedroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and acces to the third bedroom with a single bed. Heating with a heart. The garden is fenced with a hedge, covered terrace with garden furniture and a fireplace at disposal. Parking in front of the house.
