Detached chalet, comfortably furnished, on one level, with private beach and direct views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. Entrance, living room with dining table for 5 people, sitting area (at the same time extra bed for 1 child), radio and LCD TV. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge / freezer and kettle. Bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electric heating. Covered terrace with furniture, portable barbecue, fireplace and a bicycle shed in the garden. Parking for 2-3 cars at the chalet.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of the forest and on the shore of Dvořiště lake, in a small holiday village, about 2 km west of Smržov. The area is known for its exceptional cycling and hiking opportunities. Třeboň, one of the most beautiful towns in South Bohemia, is only 14 km from the chalet. A visit to this city with all its beauties, castle and spa is absolutely worth. Enjoy the landscape with lakes, with the largest and most famous lake Svet, hiking or cycling on beautiful routes and trails. Near Trebon, you can visit the grave of the noble Schwarzenberg family, the fish ponds or the famous brewery. Other sights such as the castle Straz nad Nežárkou (22 km), the city and castle Hluboka nad Vltavou with hunting lodge and zoo (23 km), the historic city of Jindrichuv Hradec with castle (31 km), the city with castle Nove Hrady (39 km) or the South Bohemian metropolis České Budějovice (21 km). Families with children will appreciate the open-air park "Slovenický Mlýn" (open in July and August) 5 km from the cottage.
