Free standing holiday house, well kept, built in 1992. Entrance, hall, living room with sitting suit, fireplace, TV with satellite, radio and access to the terrace. Living kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker and tea kettle. Upstairs 3 bedrooms – first with double bed, second (continous) via with 2 single beds and third with 2 single beds. In basement room with table tennis. Non-fenced garden, garden furniture, parasol, mobile grill and fire pit. Electric heating. Own parking-site.

In South Bohemia, almost in the wilderness (only one neighbouring bungalow), in the vicinity of village Becice, ca 6 km east of town Tyn nad Vltavou and 30 km from town Ceske Budejovice. Calm location at the edge of forest, in mild south slope (unsuitable for bathing).
