Free standing cottage built in 2011, modern furnished. Entrance through the terrace. Living room / bedroom with two sofa beds (double sofa beds), set-top-box TV, hi-fi system and fireplace stove. Small open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, grill and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The building is a low-energy building and heated by solid fuel stoves with the possibility of electric heating. In front of the house is also an outdoor pool (3 m) and wooden garden furniture. Parking next to the cottage in fenced land.

Pets are not allowed. Deposit € 150,-. Electricity is included in the price in high season, off-season is paid according to consumption. Parking fee € 20,-/Car/week. The cottage is situated in the grounds of 2 different landowners. The whole area is fenced, the entrance to the second plot is limited, the owner and administrator of the complex is regularly taking care of the Japanese garden and the biotope and recreation on the adjacent plot. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. The object is at the trout pond Mrhal.

In Southern Bohemia, in a holiday village by the water pond Mrhal in the vicinity of the little town of Rudolfov, about 8 km to the east of the town of Ceske Budejovice(Budweis). The House stands on a sunny, fenced plot with a view over the surrounding nature and the pond Mrhal (about 150 m away). A perfect place for a peaceful holiday, wonderful conditions for swimming, fishing, foot tourism and biking. There are many cultural and historical monuments in the surroundings. For example the town of Hluboka nad Vltavou with its famous white newgothic castle and with the baroque hunting castle Ohrada with a zoo 20 km, the historical town of Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) with its famous castle and theatre, the monastery town of Zlata Koruna, the bath town Trebon and many others.
Distances: Basic food stores and restaurant (Rudolfov) 3km, small but exquisite restaurant in the place 200 m, supermarket (Ceske Budejovice) 7 km, Swimming in the nature pond, fishing (with licence) directly by the house – just 150 m!
